Staff Physical Therapist (Full-Time) We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality, individualized care. Key Responsibilities include: Deliver direct patient care for at least 80% of your available hours (36 treatment hours/week expected). Maintain patient volume standards; regular performance reviews ensure accountability and support. Supervise PTAs and determine appropriate patient handovers (target: 50% of caseload). Mentor PTAs and assist in developing their clinical skills. Implement comprehensive treatment plans using manual therapy, Pilates-based rehab, exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-ed, gait training, and modalities. Evaluate and fit orthotics and prosthetics, making necessary recommendations. Provide patient education and develop home exercise programs. Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers. Document care in accordance with clinic, state, and federal standards. Participate in professional development, marketing, patient outreach, and clinic support activities during open schedule gaps
