Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Location: Western Slope Health Care Center Hourly Rate: Starting at $55.00/hr. Job Description: Western Slope Health Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients overcome speech, language, and swallowing challenges. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide essential therapy services, improving patients' quality of life and enhancing their communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide speech and language therapy, including articulation, language development, and swallowing therapy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet patient goals. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not required.
