Now Hiring: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) School-Based | Pennsylvania

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) ready to make a difference in the lives of students? We're looking for a full-time OT to join our dedicated special education team in Pennsylvania . Help students reach their fullest potential through individualized, evidence-based therapy and collaborative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized OT plans aligned with IEP goals

• Deliver direct therapy services , consultations, and classroom support

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and therapy reports

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings , offering expert input on accommodations and strategies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy

• Valid Pennsylvania OT License

• School-based experience preferred (but new grads welcome to apply!)

• Strong knowledge of pediatric and educational therapy

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
