Schedule: 12 hours per week

• 23 hours per day, 5 days a week (flexible within school hours)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in San Jose, CA , on a part-time basis. This is an onsite-only role serving K12 students with diverse physical needs across school sites. The position begins ASAP , with continued services needed into the 20252026 school year , and potential for summer hours .

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and develop student-specific treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP team members

• Support student mobility and access to curriculum and school activities

• Document sessions, progress, and compliance with state/district requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist license (Required)

• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• Must be available to work onsite only in San Jose
