Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based | Nationwide Opportunities

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders. Whether youre an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF) starting your career, we welcome candidates interested in making a meaningful impact in school settings across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students for speech and/or language impairments using standardized assessments and observational data.

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with goals tailored to each student's strengths and needs.

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy in both individual and group settings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support communication development across academic and social environments.

  • Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals; adjust interventions as needed.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEPs, eligibility evaluations, and student support teams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

  • Educate and support staff and families on effective communication strategies and developmental milestones.

Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

  • Knowledge of IDEA and school-based special education procedures

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required

Preferred Experience:
  • Internship or externship in school or clinical settings

  • Experience working with diverse student populations
