Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Position Type: Contract for 2025-2026 School Year

Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join an educational team for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time position serving students across multiple school sites in the Conway, SC area. The PT will play a key role in supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade, helping them achieve their functional and mobility goals within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students K-12 based on IEP goals and evaluations

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, parents, and school staff

• Develop treatment plans that support students' educational performance

• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Travel between assigned school sites (locations to be determined)

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License (required)

• Experience in school settings preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple schools

Caseload:
Exact caseload and school assignments are currently being finalized, but will include students across K-12 grade levels.
