A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support early childhood and elementary-aged students. This contract position spans the 2024-2025 academic year, providing services in a vibrant educational setting focused on preschool through 3rd grade.

- Work Hours: 8:15 AM 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday
- Caseload: Approximately 45 students
- Age Group: Preschool through 3rd grade, including all preschool classrooms and Head Start programs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in healthcare and pediatrics preferred
- Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background working in school settings is essential
- Strong ability to service diverse preschool and elementary student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for preschool to 3rd grade children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language development
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress
- Provide direct therapy services across multiple preschool classrooms and Head Start programs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations
