A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing services at two elementary and middle school sites in Saint Paul, MN. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Minnesota SLP license required
- Open to new graduates; SLPA applicants will not be considered at this time
- Experience or interest in working with elementary and middle school students
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families
Location:
- Saint Paul, Minnesota
- Elementary and Middle School settings (two school sites)
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and targeted therapy to students with speech and language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive educational environment
