School Speech and Language Pathologist Saint Paul, Minnesota

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing services at two elementary and middle school sites in Saint Paul, MN. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Minnesota SLP license required
• Open to new graduates; SLPA applicants will not be considered at this time
• Experience or interest in working with elementary and middle school students
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families

Location:

• Saint Paul, Minnesota
• Elementary and Middle School settings (two school sites)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and targeted therapy to students with speech and language impairments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive educational environment
