The ideal candidate is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, related services teams, support staff, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with special needs.ResponsibilitiesAssessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and speech disorders.Evaluation, screening, and observation of students. Writing evaluation reports, progress notes, and individual education plans. Participation in individual education plan meetings with parents. Communication and coordination of therapy and consultation services with parents, teachers, and administrators. Other related tasks as required.
