Physical Therapist (PT) Houma, LA Full-Time District-Wide Role

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, school-based position near Houma, Louisiana for the 20252026 school year .

Position Overview:

• Start Date: August 2025

• End Date: May 2026

• Schedule: Full-time

• Location: District-wide (travel between school sites may be required, but paid for)

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Work under the Pupil Appraisal Team , providing physical therapy services across the district

• Conduct student assessments

• Provide consultative services to support educational teams

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers

• Age group includes students across PreK12th grade

Supervision:

• The district may provide support staff (e.g., paraprofessionals, CNAs, RBTs) as appropriate based on student needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana license to practice Physical Therapy

• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
