A local school district near New Fairfield, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative educational team. This full-time position offers flexibility, benefits, and the opportunity to support student mobility, independence, and success in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services based on IEP goals

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other therapists to support student access to the learning environment

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and state standards

• Support staff with adaptive strategies, positioning, and mobility techniques

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Approximately 32 hours a week

• Caseload: Elementary

• Requirements: Bachelors Degree, PhD, CT PT License

• Start Date: New School Year
