Travel Physical Therapist job in Manitowoc, WI

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Manitowoc, WI. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday day shift schedule, allowing for work-life balance while providing essential rehabilitative services in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Manitowoc, WI

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts, 7am-4pm

• Weekly Hours: 40

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred but not required.

• Current BLS certification

• Needs to be able to work independently and make appropriate discharge recommendations.
