PT Duties:

• Conduct evaluations to assess K12 students gross motor, mobility, and physical development needs

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Monitor student progress and adjust goals to support functional independence in the school setting

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student access and participation in school activities

Schedule:

• Full-time, open to part-time applicants as well

• Schedule follows district's 25-26 calendar

PT Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapy License required

• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
