Massage Therapist - HOSPICE Part-Time 25-30 hours per week
Community Hospice is looking for a qualified massage therapist to join our team serving Hospice patients in Home Care, Nursing Home or Inpatient settings.

What you will do:
Work as a Massage Therapist for our Hospice Patients in the Albany/Schenectady/Rensselaer area.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct care and evaluation of patients, with resultant formulation and implementation of treatment program as appropriate to the specific needs of that patient.

What you will need:
A current license to practice as a Massage Therapist in the state of New York
Graduate of an approved Massage Therapy Program
Prefer two years professional experience in massage therapy discipline, previous home care, hospice or health related field.
Possession of a valid New York State drivers license and available automobile for travel throughout the service area.
Experience working with computers, including laptops, email, cell phone and basic software programs along with confidence in providing electronic clinical notes and documentation regarding patient sessions.
High level of interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
Pay Range: $24.85 - $31.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
