Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' sensory-motor and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that support student learning.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success.
• Train and consult with staff and parents on strategies for home and school.
• Maintain accurate progress records and prepare required reports.
• Provide direction and training to Instructional Assistants assigned to the program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in California.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, sensory integration, and motor development.
