Duties: Assess the functional capabilities of children ages 0-3 relative to their age-appropriate milestones for potential developmental delays or developmental risk factors. Provide individual home-based and virtual services for a caseload of families with a wide range of racial backgrounds, cultures, religions, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity and abilities with understanding of how their life experiences may be impacted by social determinants.Collaborate with the family to develop goals to address the childs development that fit into their daily routines and play. Model and coach caregivers to integrate strategies into the familys daily routines to aid in the child meeting major developmental milestones. Continuously assess the progress of your clients and collaboratively adjust the plan as needed. Identify, research, and refer families to community resources to support IFSP outcomes, address immediate family needs and support natural learning opportunities.Consult and partner with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Ensure that all events and documentation are completed within the programs required timelines.Meeting Street believes the dignity of each person is paramount. Job Requirements
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts A valid Drivers License and ability to provide own transportation to appointments.
