We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school-based team in San Jose, CA for the full 2025-2026 academic year. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students' functional participation in the school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs Assist with implementing therapy programs and activities designed by the OT Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Track and document student progress and responses to intervention Support fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skill development Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program Current California COTA license required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
