This role is ideal for an experienced SLP who is comfortable working with students with language needs and high-functioning autism , with no severe behavioral or medical cases . The position reports directly to the site Coordinator and Special Education Directors . Position Details: Location: Castaic, CA Schedule: Part-Time | 15-20 hours per week Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th grade Start Date: [Insert start date if known] Caseload Type: Mild to Moderate Setting: Onsite (no virtual/remote options) Caseload Profile: Students with mild to moderate speech/language needs High-functioning autism No severe or intensive needs Collaborative school team and supportive admin Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct and consultative speech-language services Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff Communicate with families and support teams regarding student progress Qualifications: Valid California SLP license (CCC preferred, but strong CFs may be considered) Experience with K-8 and mild/moderate populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and manage a part-time caseload Must be onsite in Castaic, CA
