Key Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language therapy services to K12 students in individual and group settings
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development activities
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid West Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to serving diverse student populations
