This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at SCK Health.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing

patient-centered care and rehabilitation services. Your day-to-day tasks

will include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans,

implementing therapeutic exercises and activities, monitoring progress,

and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal

outcomes for our patients.

**Duties Include:**

- Evaluates and implements patients physical therapy program,

including all department modalities.

- Maintains pertinent records for patient charts.

- Instructs, assists, and supervises patients exercise programs.

- Gait training with adaptive equipment and balance skills.

- Efficient communication with customers on the phone and in person.

- Personal computer skills, clerical skills, for data collection and

basic budgetary awareness.
