**What youll do:**
+ Under the general supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Care provides intensive and general respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients upon receiving written prescriptions from a physician. Also functions as a Clinical Resource Leader within the structure of the departments clinical ladder.

**What youll need for this job:**
**REQUIRED**
+ Associate's degree in respiratory care; bachelor's preferred
+ CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
+ Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
+ Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC
+ Effective 07/01/2025 for LUMC -- Completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is expected within 90 days of hiring.
+ 3 years of previous job-related experience
**PREFERRED**
+ NPS credentialed (Neo-Peds Specialty) and ACCS
+ 5+ years of previous job-related experience
