Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with
• patients needs.
• Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid
• manufacturers.
• Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including
• HIPAA.
• Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• VNG experience (a plus).
• Treating mostly adults, some pediatrics.
• Engagement with marketing strategies for the practice.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Knowledge of pediatrics to address the unique needs of younger patients.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to audiology and otolaryngology.
• Understanding of physiology related to auditory functions.
• Proficiency in computerized systems for patient management and documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance patient experience.
• Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using specialized audiological equipment.
