Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
- Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with
- patients needs.
- Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid
- manufacturers.
- Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including
- HIPAA.
- Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- VNG experience (a plus).
- Treating mostly adults, some pediatrics.
- Engagement with marketing strategies for the practice.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Knowledge of pediatrics to address the unique needs of younger patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to audiology and otolaryngology.
- Understanding of physiology related to auditory functions.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for patient management and documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance patient experience.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using specialized audiological equipment.
