Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital position caring for adult and geriatric patients, with prior acute care experience or relevant clinical rotations required.

• Work in an acute care hospital setting
• Responsible for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Rotating weekend shifts required, 3 to 6 weekends per contract
• Uses Epic EMR system; experience preferred
• First-time travelers considered with suitable acute care experience
• Must provide certifications and references for consideration
• Epic EMR training will be provided as needed
• Rotating weekend shifts are part of schedule expectations

• Active PT license required if applicable
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Prior acute care experience or clinical rotation in acute care required
• Two supervisor references from the last 3 years of employment required
• Ability to complete necessary lab work within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Must live at least 110 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
