Assignment for up to 32 weeks

PT for Adult Home Health: CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts. Weekend rotations. This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day. We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs.

Requirements:
Licensed PT, please note any others
Prior travel required, at least 2 previous travel assignments preferred
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required

IVS to OFFER
Monday to Sunday
Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday, next orientation is 8/18
No block schedules for any reason
this facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained
Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet
