A Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school district located in Live Oak, CA. This contract position spans the traditional school year, from August 12 to June 6, and offers a full-time schedule with 7 working hours per day. The role serves a districtwide scope, providing essential speech and language services across multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessments and student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, and school settings preferred.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
