This contract position offers an opportunity for a speech-language pathologist to provide services during the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in a waterfront city in Maryland. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Implementing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Educating and supporting patients and families on communication strategies and daily management of disorders.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Maryland speech-language pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
• Skilled in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
