Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Calhoun, Georgia

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) position is available to support elementary students in a PreK through elementary caseload for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity is based in Calhoun, GA, within an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of PreK through elementary-aged students.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students communication goals.
• Follow the assigned school schedule and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Assistant (SLA).
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments preferred.
• Familiarity with caseloads spanning PreK to elementary students.
• Ability to follow established therapy protocols and work effectively within a school schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
