A K-12 school in Lincoln, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Provide targeted therapy sessions addressing speech, language, and communication objectives
- Track and document student progress consistently and accurately
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process to support student success
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships
- Capacity to work independently while integrating with a multidisciplinary team approach
