Job Summary
- Evaluates, selects, performs, and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities.
- Aims to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients.
- Works upon a physician's referral.
- Collaborates with family and health team members regarding the patient's abilities and goals.

- Shift Details: 10-hour shifts.
- Patient Care Areas: Rehabilitation therapy.
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Eligible for or current license from the State of Oregon.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification required.
- Experience and Skills: Knowledge of occupational therapy related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures.
- Vaccination Required: Yes.
