How you'll contribute
Provide assistance to ensure efficient functioning of the Rehab Therapies department, to help therapist maximize patient care time and patient outcomes. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
Prepare patients for therapy
Assist therapists with patient care activities
Maintain department supplies
Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment
Communicate with staff and public
Facilitate front and back-office activities and procedures
Comply with attendance/timeliness requirements
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills
Participate in professional growth activities

Qualifications and requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Basic Life Support (BLS)
State Driver's License
Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or Company vehicles for hospital business purposes Previous work or volunteer experience in a hospital or clinical setting with experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing preferred.
