Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a home health role serving the Rapid City area, Monday to Friday with no weekends or call.

• Home health and hospice setting serving the Rapid City area
• Patients are medically compromised adults and geriatrics with diagnoses including CHF, COPD, diabetes, cardiac, orthopedic, neuro, dementia, and general weakness
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or call requirements
• Utilizes Epic for charting
• No specialized equipment skills required
• Position does not float outside Rapid City area
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, aides, MSWs, and case managers
• One week of orientation provided, including Epic charting and job shadowing
• Supportive and traveler-friendly work environment with high renewal rates
• Scrubs of any color or business casual attire permitted; denim and sweats are not allowed
• Free parking available on site
• Office closed on 6 major holidays
• All time off requests require manager approval
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• 100-mile radius rule applies; no local travelers accepted

• Current SD OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong general occupational therapy skills including evaluation, care plan development, and intervention
