American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an adult home health position serving both New York and Vermont, with licensure requirements depending on location.
Responsibilities- Work in an adult home health setting, serving patients in both New York and Vermont
- Eight-hour day shifts
- Assignment length is approximately 23 weeks
- Responsible for providing home health services to adult patients in designated service areas
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable personal transportation is necessary
- Candidates must be responsive to email communication regarding interview and offer processes
- Religious or medical exemption documentation must be submitted if applicable
- Current Physical Therapist license required for applicable state(s)
- For Vermont, candidates without a VT license may apply but must obtain licensure within 24 hours of commitment
- For New York, candidates must provide proof of pending NY license for consideration
- Must provide at least two references from a nurse manager or supervisor, one within the past 6 months and one within the past year
- Valid driver's license and access to a car required
- License required if applicable
