US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility. FTE:

0.001000 Shift: Shift 1 Schedule: Weekend and holiday rotation, weekday

availability preferred but not required. Job Summary: Provides

comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing,

planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment

programs. Participates in varied department activities designed to

enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Acute

care experience preferred. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE

PREFERRED: Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an

accredited Physical Therapy program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart

Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)

or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days. Perks &
