• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and function.
• Track and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with PTs and healthcare team members for optimal care.

• Active Virginia PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• SNF experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping others and improving patient outcomes.
