We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary caseload onsite in Ridgecrest, CA for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves working collaboratively with school staff to provide speech and language services that support student success in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain accurate service documentation and progress reports Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California SLP license and/or CTC credential School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
