We're looking for a full-time OT to join our dedicated special education team in Pennsylvania . Help students reach their fullest potential through individualized, evidence-based therapy and collaborative support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized OT plans aligned with IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services , consultations, and classroom support Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and therapy reports Attend and participate in IEP meetings , offering expert input on accommodations and strategies Qualifications: Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Valid Pennsylvania OT License School-based experience preferred (but new grads welcome to apply!)
