Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical and occupational Therapists to join our team at ATC Healthcare. This role is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The position will involve working with diverse patient populations and contributing to their recovery and well-being. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Requirements Valid state license to practice physical therapy. BLS/PTA Certification. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physical therapy techniques. Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but not required. Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
