Key responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for continued success Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Track and document patient progress for continued care planning Full responsibilities available upon request or during interview. Qualifications What You Bring: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active OT license in the state of practice A collaborative spirit and passion for patient-centered care Keywords: OT, NBCOT, Vocational Rehabilitation, Environmental Adaptations, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Sensory Integration, Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, ASDLs, Assessment, Evaluation.
