Provide therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. Monitor patients' progress and document their responses to treatment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
