Key Responsibilities

Outpatient Clinic:

Perform comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities in patients.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions.

Administer therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional mobility training.

Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, pain management techniques, and postural corrections.

Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic and insurance requirements.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to care.

Qualifications

Education: PT degree from an accredited program.

Licensure: Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of WI.

Experience:

Familiarity with treating a wide range of conditions.

recovery, neurological disorders, arthritis, and age-related physical challenges.

Skills:

Strong clinical reasoning and ability to develop personalized treatment plans.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Strong communication skills, particularly in educating patients and their families

Proficiency in documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
