Full-Time Physical Therapist

Clinic: Active Alliance Physical Therapy

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience and skillset)

Active Alliance Physical Therapy is a small, privately-owned outpatient clinic in Greenville, SC, run by a husband-and-wife team. We specialize in working with active adults, recreational athletes, and weekend warriors, and we're committed to delivering the highest-quality, one-on-one care.

We're looking for a full-time physical therapist who is passionate about evidence-based care, values professional growth, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What We Offer:

One-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions

Mix of in-network and cash-pay patients

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $75,000-$90,000

Opportunity for bonus pay

$1,000 annual continuing education stipend

5 paid hours/week for documentation, admin time, and lunch

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina

Strong interest in orthopedics and working with active individuals

Preferred: clinical specialist in orthopedics (OCS), or interest in pursuing that certification

Committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and continual improvement

Enjoys autonomy and being part of a growing practice

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.

Utilize various therapeutic techniques, with a focus on manual therapy and exercise, to alleviate pain and improve function.

Provide patient education on exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to physical therapy practices.

Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting.

Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.

Ability to work empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
