Soliant has an opening for a contracted Speech Language Pathologist in the Baltimore, Maryland area. This position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package. :

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland.

Masters in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.

School experience is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapy services to improve communication, cognitive-communication, and social skills across diverse age groups.

Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success and carry over skills.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards, including IDEA and HIPAA regulations.
