Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Somerset County, NJ

We're currently supporting a community hospital seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join their outpatient team in the Somerset County, NJ area.

This role will focus primarily on orthopedic patients (approximately 80%) with a smaller neuro caseload (approximately 20%). If you're looking to work in a collaborative, supportive environment with a diverse patient population, we encourage you to apply.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday-Friday; can be flexible with 5 8's or 4 10s

Patient load: 2 patients per hour

Patient mix: Primarily adults with orthopedic, neuro, and sports injuries; occasional pediatrics (age 4+)

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients, identify primary problems, and develop treatment plans

Perform and modify treatment interventions to maximize outcomes

Document thoroughly for care continuity and reimbursement

Maintain a productive schedule

Provide supervision to PTAs, students, and support personnel

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
