Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support consistent, high-quality care. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, guiding and mentoring with confidence. Team up with fellow healthcare professionals to share insights, solve problems, and celebrate progress. Join in on care planning meetings and bring your unique perspective to help shape patient outcomes. Keep your documentation game strongaccurate, timely, and aligned with all board and payer requirements. Teach families and caregivers how to continue therapy at home and ease the transition to discharge. Recommend and help order essential equipment that gives patients more independence and confidence. Flag any equipment issues so we can keep our toolsand your treatmentsrunning smoothly. Who You Are: You connect easily with people and bring positivity, professionalism, and compassion to every interaction. You're a mentor at heart and ready to support COTAs, aides, and students as they grow. You thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. What You Bring: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. A valid state license and up-to-date continuing education. Comfortable using software like Casamba and PointClickCare. Solid communication skillsyou can explain clinical details clearly and kindly. Problem-solving skills that help you think on your feet and act with confidence. Strength to support patient mobility needs (yes, we're moving and stretching often!). Physical ability to handle the demands of the jobfrom lifting and walking to bending and reaching. Summary of Benefits We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) plan with employer match Generous paid time off for vacation accruing at 4 hours a month, 48 FT or 40 PT annually recurring sick day hours prorated based on hire date, and 7 paid Holidays each year.
