Patient Care Coordinator
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Patient Care Coordinators. In this front office role, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patientshelping create a positive and professional clinic experience. This position includes comprehensive training and mentorship, making it a great fit for someone new to healthcare or a seasoned professional. What You'll Do
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that supports patients on their path to recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and managing the clinic's schedule
Explaining the benefits of physical therapy to current and prospective patients
Collection of payments
Answering phone calls and emails
Creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment

Schedule & Work Hours
Full-Time: Monday and Thursday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $15-$18/hour
