Job Requirements

Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Location: | Mason City],IA

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Schedule: 36 hours/week, every other weekend

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in NICU/PICU settings

Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and manage ventilators

Assist with intubation and resuscitation procedures

Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed

Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams

Basic Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (required); Bachelor's preferred

Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC

Valid and active state license (license verification required for onboarding)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered with strong clinical rotations

Certifications Required:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - must be obtained upon hire through Loyola

Onboarding Requirements:

Fit Test required (for onboarding)

License/Certificate verification required upon onboarding

$17.00 Hourly taxable
