Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Salinas, California

We are seeking a Full-Time, Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Salinas, CA. This role serves an elementary-aged student population and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student communication and success in school.

• Grade Levels: Transitional Kindergarten 6th Grade

• Caseload Size: 3540 students

• Service Model: Combination of pull-out and push-in services

• Setting: General education and special education classrooms

• Conduct speech/language assessments and write evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with communication needs

• Deliver direct therapy services aligned with IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Maintain records, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• California SLP License or CTC Credential

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY applicants welcome

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Must be available for full-time onsite work
