Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Adelanto, California School-Based Onsite Only

The Adelanto school community is seeking a Full-Time, Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students across elementary and/or secondary school settings. This role is ideal for a self-directed SLP who is comfortable managing a full caseload without SLPA support .

• Location: Adelanto, CA

• Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

• Service Setting: School-based, onsite only

• Caseload: Varies by site (elementary and/or secondary students)

• SLPA Support: Not available

• Credential Required: Must hold a valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential

• Conduct speech/language assessments and write comprehensive reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with communication needs

• Provide direct therapy (individual and small group)

• Track progress and maintain documentation in compliance with state and district standards

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide parent communication as needed

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid California CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (required)

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Must be able to work independently without SLPA support
