About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time onsite role with potential for a varied caseload across elementary and middle school settings. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply!

Schedule:

• MondayFriday

• Typical school hours (approx. 7:30?am4:00?pm depending on assignment)

Caseload:

• Approximately 3040 students per site

• Possible split between elementary and middle school assignments

• Final placement and caseload may be determined closer to start date

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services in a school setting

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
