School Based Occupational Therapist

Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services to students with a variety of needs. The OT will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' functional participation in academic and daily activities. Services may include fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care skills, and adaptations for classroom access.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals related to occupational therapy

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California (or applicable state)

• NBCOT certification

• Previous school-based experience preferred
